- 2.2 lbs/ 1 kg of lemons
- 5-6 branches of parsley
- 12 cups / 6.5 lbs/ 3 liters of water
- 4 tbsp of baking soda
Preparation:
Chop the lemon (together with its peel) in small pieces.Put the lemon and the parsley in a pot and pour 3 liters of water over them.
Boil this mixture on a low fire until you get 3.3 lbs / 1.5 liter of syrup. Drink 50 grams of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach.
If you do this every morning, this amount will be just enough for the next 15 days.
