Lately, allergies have become an unpleasant and common health condition.
They actually represent organism’s reactions in people with weak immune system and thin i.e. damaged mucous membrane in both digestive and respiratory system.
Even though sometimes allergies cause headaches, you can make some small, yet significant changes in your everyday’s diet.
Ingredients needed:
- 1 carrot (medium-sized)
- 2 oranges (large)
- half a cucumber (medium-sized)
- 5-10 fresh mint leaves
- fresh ginger (1.5cm)
Preparation:
1. Wash and peel the fruits.
2. Cut the cucumber and carrot in pieces, and cut the oranges in quarters.
3. Place all of the ingredients in a juicer by following this order. Add the mint leaves in between the vegetables and fruits.
4. Store the drink in a fridge and drink it before meals.
